Yoga is transformation. I can be your guide.
Yogis were the original scientists.
I see a beautiful connection between the practice of yoga and the scientific method. Both ask us to examine, study, and pay close attention to what’s happening now.
Yoga provides a framework for observation, so can we notice patterns of thoughts and behaviors and what could benefit from change, and we commit to making that change – all while being supported by a sense of inspiration and awe.
This mindful and methodical approach is central to how I teach and practice. I'm here to support you in exploring your whole self with curiosity and kindness, creating space for deep, sustainable healing and change.
How I Can Support You
Yoga is a powerful practice for being present with what we are experiencing. It invites you to compassionately examine every part of your being: your body, your breath, your emotions, your inner wisdom, and the old patterns and stories you carry.
I combine my extensive yoga training with a background in relational neuroscience to offer you practices that are safe, adaptable, and deeply honoring of your personal experience. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning we always work together at a pace and intensity that feels right for you, cultivating choice and agency in your practice. I teach and guide from a place of authenticity, in that I don’t teach anything that I myself haven’t experienced and digested. I truly understand this is not a quick or easy process, but what I have learned is that anything is possible with commitment and support.
I can support and help you:
Reconnect with your inner wisdom
Learn tools to settle your nervous system
Transform your relationship with chronic pain
Reduce stress and anxiety
Strengthen your breath and body for greater daily ease
Explore what a more balanced and peaceful life looks like to you
